Personal Accounting and Banking – We offer a suite of services including bill paying, cash flow reporting, preparation of personal financial statements, oversight of banking relationships, and assisting with complex credit needs (lines of credit, mortgages, credit cards, etc.).

Tax Planning and Administration – We are actively involved with clients' tax advisors on individual, partnership, and corporate tax issues in an effort to improve effectiveness and efficiency of tax planning and the process of preparing annual tax filings.

Strategic Philanthropy – We work with families to identify their charitable objectives and advise on optional funding strategies and gifting plans. We then work to administer the grant-making process (grant tracking, funding, and reporting) to ensure compliance for individuals and private foundations.

Risk Management and Insurance Coordination – We closely interact with external insurance professionals to conduct an insurance review and determine appropriate coverage and insurance premiums. In the event there is a claim, we actively manage the claims process to a satisfactory outcome.

Estate Planning – We work with clients to understand (and help develop) their estate planning philosophy and objectives. We work alongside your estate planning attorney to coordinate, implement, manage, and report on your trust and estate plans.

Real Asset Management – We manage all activities associated with your largest assets (real estate, boats, airplanes, etc.), including formation of holding entities, creation of budgets, expense tracking, and scheduling.

Special Projects – We are a resource for special projects, including real estate purchases, construction projects, formation of legal entities, and investment due diligence. We will fully attend to whatever special projects evolve for you.
